Jessica is a former consultant turned in-house marketing ops leader, she is a certified Marketo Engage Architect & 2022 Marketo Champion. Jessica took a roundabout way to her career in marketing ops (check out that undergrad degree in Art History and Archaeology) but once she built her first complex Marketo smart campaign she was hooked. When not simplifying complex business processes with technology, or building out scalable marketing infrastructure, you can find Jessica hosting an online series about marketing ops mistakes, or hanging out in the Pacific Northwest with her husband & small dog.
